WOODEN PALLETS
TIROTEX CJSC will buy wooden pallets of the following dimensions:
- 1670х1170 mm;
- 1850х1170 mm;
- 1200х1170 mm;
- 1400х1100х1200 mm.
QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Pallets must bear a load up to 1200 kg.
2. Pallets must bear up to 10 displacements with the same cargo.
3. Top and bottom decks must be parallel to each other. Easy access for fork grabs must be provided.
4. Inadmissible defects:
- space allowance between contact surfaces;
- split offs, through cracks;
- cracks at clamping places;
- sheet spars;
- knots, sprouts and damaged planks (especially at fixturing points)
5. Blockwoods must be unbroken, in good condition, of the same size; lengthwise direction of wood grain (along the pallet).
6. Fixed with drive screws in corners.
7. Solid wood.
8. Protruding nails are not allowed.
9. Outside edges of the bottom deck must be chamfered.
10. A special treatment of pallets is required. All pallets must have a label confirming that they have been treated accordingly.
