By tradition, industry workers celebrated their professional holiday in the capital-s Victory park («Pobeda»). The festive event was attended by the heads of the PMR Government Office and the heroes of the occasion themselves - workers and specialists of the leading flagship of the PMR light industry.

Traditionally, «Tirotex» opened trade stalls with textile products, which were visited by the Head of Government Alexander Rozenberg, Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development Sergey Obolonik, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the PMR Vasily Kozhan, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the PMR Alevtina Slinchenko, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Yevgeny Grossul, Vice Speaker of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva, head of the State Service for Culture and Historical Heritage Maria Kyrmyz, heads of state administrations of cities and regions, as well as heads of other light industry enterprises of the republic. Andrey Mezhinsky, General Director of Tirotex, told the guests about the latest developments introduced into mass production and about the trends that can be traced in the sale of export products.
