The Pridnestrovian delegation was headed by the executive team of Tirotex in the person of the deputy general director Victor Krondev, the director of the spinning and weaving mill Ivan Damaskin and the production manager Vladislav Politov.

Vandewiele holding turns 140 years old this year. It includes 11 manufacturers of industrial machinery for textile industry, electrotechnologies, robots, etc. They have built an experimental center for demonstration of the latest machinery for production of jacquards, carpets, flooring, velvet, technical cloth, and other materials specially for the company’s anniversary and this industry symposium. More than 800 people from all over the world were invited to this event.

According to the Pridnestrovian delegation, the most noticeable and important technologies were Texconnect and Smart Creel.

With Texconnect the holding has invented the 4th industrial revolution. It means a complete automation, robotization, and digitalization of all industrial machinery. Now all the production line, installed as a complex, can share data between different parts of the line and thus speed up all the stages of production which actually means an introduction of artifical intelligence to the production process.

The advantage of Smart Creel technology is the reduction of the technological process, costs economy and smaller consumption of raw materials.

Within the framework of the business conference they presented a detailed report about production of jacquard fabrics and development of such type of equipment. Therefore the Pridnestrovian delegation, which was interested in jacquard machines, also visited the experimental center of the manufacturer of textile machinery, which which Tirotex has been successfully cooperating for many years - Picanol.

It bears mentioning that Tirotex always pays a special attention to its employees training, and sends them to participate in different industry conferences and learn advanced technologies on various international platforms. The executive team of Tirotex is summing up the results of many business meetings now and are considering the possibilities of cooperation with the European companies.
