Thus, a new digital printing machine, one-of-a-kind within the territory of CIS countries and Europe, was put in operation on November 27. The General Director of Tirotex, Andrey Mezhinskiy, says: «The finishing factory used to print designs by means of rotary and flat printing methods. A few years ago we raised a question of increasing production capacities through implementation of the innovative digital method of printing. The first Reggiani’s full-colour ReNoir Pro16 digital printing machine (for reactive print) was bought in August, 2016. More than 2 million running meters of fabric has been printed on this machine for the last two years. This year the investor decided to purchase one more digital printing machine – an improved version. Reggiani’s ReNoir Top-32is more productive. It can print two times faster, and the parameters of printing have been improved. The first machine with 16 printing heads can print up to 90 thousand meters, whereas the new digital printing machine with 32 printing heads can print two times more during the same time period – up to 180 thousand running meters».
