The international certifying agency TUV CERT conducted an inspection audit at Tirotex for compliance with the international ISO 9001 standard, version of 2015. This year the ISO 9001 standard, on the basis of which Tirotex operates, marks the 20th anniversary. Till now Tirotex was certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 version. Since the enterprise always strives to maintain the high quality of all aspects of its activities, it was decided to move to a new version of the standard. A significant amount of work was done: setting quality objectives, internal audits, the latest terminology, assessing the risks of each process, timely corrective actions to improve processes, SWOT analysis (determining the strengths and weaknesses of each process), etc. As a result, Tirotex has successfully implemented a quality management system under the new version of the standard, as evidenced by the positive assessment of the examining expert.

The auditor of this international certification agency Yuri Popescu conducted an external audit of all the units of the textile enterprise. Today, at the final meeting with the CEO Andrey Mezhinsky and the internal auditors, he noted the positive changes, new elements of the system introduced in all the work processes of the enterprise: "I did not notice any significant inconsistencies in the requirements of the standard. High competence and openness of personnel during the audit facilitated the successful conduct and completion of the supervisory audit. All employees of the company have proved that they have risk-oriented thinking." As a result, the international expert advised the certification body TÜV Thüringen on the issue of ISO 9001 certificate for Tirotex under the new version of 2015.

The general director of the textile enterprise, Andrey Mezhinsky, thanked the international expert for the high evaluation of quality system at CJSC "Tirotex" and noted: "At the times of such a difficult market conditions in the international textile industry, it is extremely important to have an international certificate for the quality system recognized throughout the world. However, I want to note that during the training of specialists of Tirotex under the new version of the standard, the internal auditors noted the professional growth and personal responsibility of the personnel at each workplace.
