Students of Sheriff Football Academy headed by the couch of Sheriff-2 training groups for students borne in 2001, Denis Laptev, visited the Spinning, Weaving, Finishing and Garment manufactures of Tirotex.

First they visited the laboratories of Spinning and Weaving factories, where technicians showed them the process of incoming control of raw materials and all technical parameters of semi-finished products produced here. Then the guests went to spinning and weaving sections of the factory to see how cotton turns into woven material.

The next point of the tour was the Finishing factory, where the guests were shown all possible types of finishing, from dyeing to printing with rotary and flat screens. The workers of Tirotex prepared a surprise for the guests: the students of the Football Academy were allowed to see “the Most Holy place” of the Finishing Factory – a new printing section with a modern digital machine printing designs with 3D effect. This new section works behind closed doors due to safety reasons and requirements to technology compliance. An exception was made for young football players – they were allowed to see the start-up of printing of an exclusive design for a new collection of bed linen and table linen with Sheriff Football Club’s symbol. Wasp mascot is well known beyond the boundaries of Pridnestrovie thanks to stunning victories of the football club.

After that the guests visited the Garment manufacture where they could see how automatic sewing lines, almost without any interference of people, fulfill the main production task – manufacture of ready-made items.

The tour continued in the showroom, where students could see not only a new range of apparel products, but also the pride of the company - the international quality certificates.

General Director of Tirotex, Andrey Mezhinskiy: «We’ve been close partners with Sheriff football club. We had experience of arranging meetings of football players with the staff of our company and their children. Fans asked different questions, wished the players success on the field. We also organized an autograph-and-photo-session with the big family of the football club. This time we arranged a tour around the factory and showed all our production workshops to the Academy’s students. I hope the guys enjoyed it. It is remarkable that the management of the Academy pays close attention not only to sport, but also expands students’ range of interest».

Denis Laptev, the coach of Sheriff Football Academy: «It is the first time when our students visit Tirotex. The main objective of the tour is to show modernly equipped textile factory and a full cycle of textile production. All this is very interesting for them. Relatives of some students work here. I think this tour is especially interesting for these students.».

Eugene Ozhekhovskiy, the student of the Football Academy: «I was impressed by the dimensions of this enormous enterprise. It was very interesting to see the work of the finishing factory. I was surprised to see how fabric with the symbol of our club - Wasp - was printed. I have learned that these bed sets can be bought in shops soon. I will obviously take an occasion to do it.».

Daniel Ignatov, the student of the Football Academy: «This tour was especially curious for me because my grandmother, Tamara Vasilievna Marishka, has been working at Tirotex for more than 30 years. I was always interested to see her working place, and today I have not only learned more about it, but I also have seen a lot of other interesting things: how fabric is produced and how a ready-made product is made from this fabric. I really liked what I saw.».
